This pigeon arrived at our house while we were outside one morning. I was amazed at how close it let us get to him. Eason saw the bird and immediately said, "That's a Homing Pigeon!". I had no idea, but my 5 year old told me all about Homing Pigeons! He learned about them on Reading Rainbow (his favorite TV show). He had a band, but we never got close enough to see where he was from.
